How to Build a Chicken Coop Using Chicken Wire
Chicken coops are not only cheap to build but easy too. When it comes to how to build a chicken coop, very few materials are needed. Before starting the project, confirm with the local authorities in your area if it is legal to keep chickens in your backyard. If confirmed that it is legal, choose the area you think is suitable for your chicken coop. Using plywood panels create a wooden floor by screwing the 2-by-4s into place. Place them around the ages. The wall frame is also constructed by screwing 2-by-4s around the coop’s perimeter. Space them evenly. The chicken wire is then stapled from the floor to the roof. A wide tarp is then placed over half of the coop to provide a shade for the chickens. Ensure that you construct a nesting box for the chickens to lay eggs.
